The Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality aspect at the site. The job -quality control at site Inputs / outputs inspection & records, laboratory functioning & sampling, ensuring production is as per ISO norms.Task

Design Engineer – Photo Voltaic Design

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Design including Technology Selection, System Configuration, Electrical Connection, Distribution and Control Systems, Power Conditioning Systems for Photo Voltaic power plant
  • Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system.
  • Design, Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Photo Voltaic Power Plants
  • Working with the company‘s engineers and program managers to ensure customers’ needs are met.
  • Develops plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several smaller, but complex projects, or for the design within a specific discipline.
  • Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with the client’s schedule, adherence to the budget, adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problems are monitored and resolved.

Desired Candidate Profile:
BE/ Diploma – Electrical, specialization in LT/HT systems design, installation and operation. Hands on experience in field installation and commissioning of complete power and transmission systems with AC and DC cabling, switchgear, SCADA, transformers, instrumentation. Should have ability to get the relevant certification with codes to connect to the grid and transmission lines.

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the area of power generation system design and project management. Should have experience in managing design, installation and commissioning of complex large scale PV generation projects.

The position is project based the candidate should be willing to travel and locate on site for the duration of project. Ideal candidate will be able to address all requirements for getting job done including interaction with customers, suppliers, vendors and local labor.

EPC Head – Solar Power Plant

Job Description / Responsibilities:
EPC Head for construction and commissioning of Solar Power plant. Overall in charge to, manage all EPC projects to target schedule, cost and performance.

  • Will be responsible for the P&L of the EPC division. Manage and Lead multiple projects across the country. To handle the team in managing the following functions.
  • Project Management of Solar Power Plants. Design, Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Solar Power Plants.
  • Manage and Review the design phase of project including Technology Selection, Civil and mechanical structures, System Configuration, Electrical Connection, Distribution and Control Systems, Power Conditioning Systems for Photo Voltaic power plant.
  • Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system.
  • Preventive maintenance of all the electrical installations and ensure compliance with regard to all quality construction.
  • Ability to effectively work with the company’s engineers and program managers to ensure customer‘s needs are met.
  • Coordinate with corporate project department for necessary drawings and approvals.
  • Coordination with Consultants and contractors for the availability of men, materials, designs and drawings.
  • Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure that the project is delivered on Schedule with high quality and within the required cost.

Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E / B.Tech/ M.Tech– Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Civil or Energy specialization in clean power generation systems design, installation and operation.Certified Training on Project Management / Project Finance, Formal training a must.
Minimum 15 years of experience with 7 years into Heading of Large complex projects. Should have experience in managing design, installation and commissioning of complex large scale power plants and/or PV generation projects. Should be trained in Project management methods and have the ability to maintain customer and stakeholder relationship is a must. Has to independently drive internal and external suppliers of services to deliver High Quality projects on schedule and within budget. Should have ability to scale up the organisation. Preferably in the area of Solar Photo Voltaic power generation system design and project management.

Required Competencies and Attributes (Qualifications, experience, Skills and Knowledge):

  • Bachelor BE Electrical electronics engineering / Diploma in Fire and Safety Engineering

Purpose of the Job
Responsible to develop and maintain the project schedule in order tomanage efficiently the time
commitments of the project (tender, contract or program).

In tender:
•  Analyse the schedule management requirements of the Customer (contractual tool,
schedule structure, reporting constraints,…),
•  Define tender preparation schedule and monitor until the submission of the tender,
•  Detail the tender schedule based on Reference Library templates, gap analysis, Metiers
commitments, and PSO, PDO & PIO tender strategy,
